Important Information
Maximum occupancy is 4 persons.
Normal entry time into the
villa is 4pm to allow for cleaning. On the day of departure you
will be required to vacate the property at 10am. However, whenever
possible, we will try to match entry and exit times to/from the villa to
suit flight times.
Rental rates are inclusive
of electricity - including air conditioning, bed linen and towels -
including beach towels, welcome pack, arrival clean
and departure clean and mid stay clean and linen change for stays of 14
days. All periods include air conditioning/heating however, deduct £50
if air conditioning/heating is not required.
To Make a Booking
Please contact
us to check availability and pricing. A provisional booking
may be made by telephone or email. A deposit of £100 per week is
required within 3 days to confirm the booking and the full balance is due 8 weeks
before departure. Full payment is required at the time of booking
if travel is within 8 weeks. At
least 2 weeks before departure an information pack will be sent out
detailing key collection arrangements, maps, directions plus information
about the club.
